There’s something truly liberating about not wearing makeup.
It’s like telling the world, “I know that we all feel inclined to wear these masks, but today you’re going to see who I really am.”
I think most women would agree that it takes confidence. Which is why I wish Instagram would have followed through with their recent follower face wash.
We’ve all had that notice at the top of our Notification Page for a week. Instagram stated that the platform completed a fix to remove spam accounts. This morning, many have taken to social media to mourn a substantial loss of followers. And I wonder, why did they stop there? It would be incredible to see all of the big brands and people for what they really are behind their carefully curated, full-face-of-makeup, online profiles.
